Introduce weekly or monthly missions that encourage users to complete specific tasks to earn extra pixels. Missions could include for example:
Complete 2 Design Briefs this month
Review 5 projects this week
Score Top 5% Tester on 2 skill assessments this week
How it could work:
Missions appear in a "My Missions" widget on the dashboard
Users can track their progress throughout the week or month.
Completing missions earns bonus pixels and maybe even special badges (e.g., "Mission Master š").
