Tooltips would be great

For a new user who is trying to adapt to the new environment it is really hard to figure out what symbol means what. Enabling tool-tips is great way to help users understand the use of a certain symbol. On hovering over the alarm symbol it took me a minute to figure out that it sets the reminder , had there been a tool-tip I would not have to sit and process the symbol.
