Language Filter for Showcase

Some of our Uxcel users are submitting designs with non-English language, and may also submit a description or brief in non-English. For mentors to better accomodate for them, it could be beneficial to filter briefs in the showcase by language, so those users don't miss the opportunity to get a review.
