Design Pattern Assessment

i follow the path of UIUX designer, and the module 7 design pattern consisted many dark pattern questions. turned out dark pattern are lesson in marketing.

the application didn't recommend me to take that lesson first before i did my assessment, instead it just recommend me to take basic design pattern. isn't this a dark pattern UXcel does?
