Could we add Farsi as a language?

I am quite familiar with the Iranian designer community, and I can confidently say that there is no other organization as comprehensive and practice-based as UXCEL in the country. I would also be willing to gather a group of fellow designers to assess whether this initiative would be cost-effective and determine Iran's market's capacity.
