Cannot continue learning

Bugs

I cannot continue my learning. It seems like a bug. I am on a course UI Components I (Inputs & Forms: Intro to Forms in UI) and i cannot read the theory or pass the test. It just doesn't work.

I checked other courses. Situation is the same. I cannot open any materials or pass the test.

    I also cannot learning any course too. Both in Website and Mobile Application.

    I cleared the cache. I tried using a different browser. Nothing helps.
