Cannot continue learning

I cannot continue my learning. It seems like a bug. I am on a course UI Components I (Inputs & Forms: Intro to Forms in UI) and i cannot read the theory or pass the test. It just doesn't work.

I checked other courses. Situation is the same. I cannot open any materials or pass the test.
