Back Button - Edge Case?

So when I'm in a career path page and click on an assessment, I'm then switched to the assessments page.

What I would like to suggest is that once I'm scrolling through a career path, I'd like to stay within the career path, so once I'm done exploring a specific assessment I can just hit the back button and go back to the career path I was exploring.

With how the IA currently is, to go back to the career path I was initially exploring, I have to start the whole journey over from the Career Paths page on the side navigation bar. It would be easier to have a native back button within the career paths.

Note: I'm using the Safari apps feature which allows me to turn any webpage into a separate app that sits on the dock as any other native app. This makes the app behave slightly different from when using Uxcel within the main browser.
