Ask for feedback review

As a mentor I feel that some people don’t react very well when their work is being criticized and I totally understand that feeling.

I would like to suggest a button that allow users to ask for feedback from other users instead of always wait for someone to review their work.

Maybe the feedback once received could be given in a private comment that could have the option to be turned visible to other users or keep it private.

As a designer I appreciate all kind of constructive critic but I value it the most if that critic comes from someone I see as someone I choose by some reason and think that it can provide value by giving feedback.
