Add info on course update

On dashboard with course info we can see the date of its last update. Can we see also short info un updates so we know if we shoul re-read some lessons from course that we already completed?

Also, if some lesson had an major update, it would be good to mark that lesson as incomplete. That way we can be sure that we are not missing some important new info on specific topic.
