Add friends/friend leaderboard

It would be great if we could add other users as "friends" or "follow" them which would give us access to see their profiles more easily, see what they're learning, but also give us a more personalized leaderboard. My design team would love to be able to have an internal leaderboard where we can flex ourselves in a fun way.
